Registration (including any change of information submitted in the Registration) cannot be made less than 2 calendar days prior to the Activity session. With respect to any Activity session, Registrant may reserve a space for a Participant for such Activity session during the period from 09:00 Hong Kong time on the day falling 4 calendar days prior to the Activity session to 23:59 Hong Kong time on the day falling 2 calendar days prior to the Activity session.The Registration and the Activity do not include admission to the Park. Participants are required to have Magic Access or admission tickets to the Hong Kong Disneyland Park (the “Park”) valid for admission on the day of the Activity. Each eligible Participant may not be registered for more than one Activity Session on any given day. Subject to these Terms and Conditions, each eligible Registrant may reserve one (1) space for an eligible Participant in respect of one single Activity session on any given day.Registrants may submit a Registration by visiting (“Site”) and submit the requested information in accordance with the instructions therein.

HKITP’s interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be final and conclusive.

In the event of any dispute regarding these Terms and Conditions and all other matters relating to the Process or Activity, the decision of HKITP shall be final.

Participants who arrive late are not allowed to join the reserved Activity session.

Participants should arrive at the designated location for “Jedi Training: Trials of the Temple” located within Star Wars™: Tomorrowland Takeover in the Park at least 20 minutes prior to the start of the selected Activity session.

As used in these Terms and Conditions, “Activity Day” means, with respect to a Participant, the day on which such Participant will take part at the Activity pursuant to these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of the notice referred to in Condition 17.

The Activity is scheduled to commence from (and including) June 25, 2016.

HKITP reserves the right to disqualify any Participant or Registration if HKITP has reasonable grounds to believe that the Participant (or a Registrant on behalf of the Participant) has breached any of these Terms and Conditions.

Each such Registrant further signals his/her complete acceptance of these Terms and Conditions for and on behalf of the relevant Participant(s).

By submitting or having a registration submitted for Participants under the Process, each Registrant signals his/her complete acceptance and full understanding of these Terms and Conditions. All Registrants warrant that they have read these Terms and Conditions carefully.HKITP reserves the right to verify the eligibility of any Registrant. To be eligible to submit a Registration, the Registrant must ensure the intended participant is a holder of a Magic Access Platinum Child Membership Card or Magic Access Platinum Student Membership Card, as applicable, that is valid for the period from (and including) the day on which the Registration is made to (and including) the Activity Day (as defined below).Only Magic Access Platinum Members aged between 4 and 12 1 are eligible to be registered under the Process for participation in the Activity.These Terms and Conditions constitute an agreement between the Registrant and HKITP. In these Terms and Conditions, each submission made under the Process is referred to as a “Registration” each person submitting a Registration under the Process is referred to as a “Registrant” and each person registered for participating in the Activity is referred to as a “Participant”.
